We passionately believe that environmental quality is key to providing Ca Na Xica guests with a perfect and sustainable experience. That’s why we implement a long list of practices that respect the environment and our surroundings.
We use solar panels to generate our own green energy. We have our own well water, and we filter all the water used at our property for its treatment and subsequent use for watering the crops on our finca.
We treat the water used in the kitchen of our restaurant Salvia through osmosis, in order to make it drinkable. We have our own herb garden and a larger garden with aromatic plants, flowers and native fruit trees.
